Ten Products in Three Days: What Our Engineers Built on Synchronizer

Published September 1, 2026 by Binit Mishra, Head of Synchronizer Platform, NexHealth

Ten NexHealth engineering teams spent three days in Seattle building working AI products on the same public Synchronizer API available to every developer.

For Patients

Teams built an AI receptionist, AI patient intake, a family patient portal, and network-wide booking.

For Practices

Teams built provider briefs, cancellation forecasting, and a smart waitlist that fills openings automatically.

For Developers

Teams built an intent-based API, NexHealth MCP, and a sandbox data generator.

Everything ran on public endpoints. The hackathon also put our engineers directly against the same edge cases developers encounter, and that feedback went onto the engineering roadmap.
